Moshe Kotlarsky

Moshe Kotlarsky was a prominent American Orthodox Hasidic rabbi, born in 1949 and passing away in 2024. He held a significant position as Vice Chairman of Merkos L'Inyonei Chinuch, the educational division of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. This role gave him oversight of a vast network of over 5,000 religious and educational institutions worldwide, underscoring his importance within the movement.

Rabbi Kotlarsky was actively involved in various aspects of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement, including fundraising and outreach operations. He also led the Chabad on Campus International Foundation, which has a presence on more than 230 campuses globally. Additionally, he served as the chairman of the Rohr Jewish Learning Institute, further highlighting his dedication to Jewish education and community outreach.
