Peter Feldmann is a German politician affiliated with the Social Democratic Party (SPD). He has held significant positions in German politics, notably serving as the Mayor of Frankfurt. Feldmann's tenure as mayor began after he was elected to the position on 25 March 2012, succeeding Petra Roth of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU).

Feldmann's time in office came to an end following a recall vote on 6 November 2022, in which a substantial majority of 95% voted against him. As a result, he stepped down from his position as Mayor of Frankfurt on 11 November 2022, bringing an end to his tenure in the role. Throughout his career, Feldmann has been actively involved in the SPD, contributing to the party's presence in German politics.
